In the particular case of the Buenos Aires Province, our company was hired by the Provincial Government for: the installation of the Computer Center during the Plebiscite for the Governor Re-election and at the Provincial and National Elections in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1999; and for the Buenos Aires Youth Tournaments in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999. These projects were finished in a timely manner and involved hi-complexity installations (Connections via Spread Spectrum with TCP/IP and X25 in NT environments, Unix and Novell with up to 160 sites, 80 printers, routers, hubs, ups´s, etc.) We also provided with image projection in large screens and communication with the media through video panels, audio, personnel (18 people), developed WEB pages and provided the connection to the Internet during 6 to 18 days with more than 16 hours per day. The client acknowledging the speed, performance and reliability of the work done praised all these tasks.

At the National level, the company has also performed large-scale projects, as the provision of the election's equipment for the City of Buenos Aires (2000), various events for the IPA (Program Institute for the Alianza Party), internal elections of Justicialista Party (Operation Center of the Electoral Bureau, 1999), etc.

In 1994 the company presented a bid for the Public Bid No. 4 of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Buenos Aires Province, to provide 32 nets for the Labor Courts located in the Buenos Aires Suburbs with a value over half a million dollars. Our company was ranked first among 24 other companies competing for the bid. We finished the work in a timely manner and within budget. We were selected to do the maintenance of the net as well.

In 1997 we participated in the Public Bid No. 10 and we were contracted this time to provide with 97 nets and 1500 PC, hub's, ups's, bar code readers and wiring of approximately 1500 sites and equipment maintenance for the 97 Courts in the Buenos Aires Suburbs during a period of 36 months, for a total amount over two million three hundred thousand dollars.

Outside Buenos Aires Province, our company won the Public Bid No. 2 together with the Direct Contracts and Bids of the Bank Neuquen Province, to provide and install the hardware equipment and basic software for the whole province, becoming the First Bank Full Microsoft in the country, for a total of approximately eight million dollars.

At the National level, CITARELLA S.A. has succeeded in Private, Public and International Bids, for example those handled by the Defense Minister, Buenos Aires Ciudad Bank, Argentina Republic Central Bank, Bank of Chubut Province, Economic Minister of San Juan Province, Secretary of Tourism (National Presidency), National Parks, INCUCAI, etc.

Regarding the task of providing equipment supplies for one same client located state-wide, we can mention the provision of 1500 PC Compaq and 1000 printers Canon to the Mutual '6 de Septiembre' of Bank of Buenos Aires Province, for which we were responsible for the warranties and logistics as well.

In the Communication area, the company has worked in a variety of projects from Telecommunication Systems Consulting, Services and Technical Assistance, as the case in the Pan-American Games of 1995, projects related to Exterior Telephone Panels, installation and coordination of Telecommunication Stations, structure and electrical wiring for buildings, radio electrical links, optic fiber, wire and wireless, installation of public telephones equipment, etc.

To mention other capabilities CITARELLA S.A. has succeeded doing Consulting Work for the electronic link between City Delegations with Central Buildings (San Vicente, Florencio Varela, Merlo, La Plata), elaboration of the norms of installation of Public Telephones, Consultancy over "last mile" Solutions, hardware and software development of telephone consume counters, installation of IVRs and call-centers, etc.

In the area of Industrial Control, we can mention as a an example, the implementation of an automatic system for the Campodónico Mill where all the process from the arrival of the cereal all the way to the end when different kinds of flour are packaged, it is controlled and monitored by PLC´s and a PC network that were provided, installed and programmed, by our personnel, after a detailed analysis.

The same procedure was taken to install the Data Acquisition System of 32 Chromatographic Equipments in 'Petroquímica La Plata' (YPF, ex 'Petroquímica Mosconi'.)

Other projects:

- Installation of Access and Security Control Systems in different hotels, clinics and governmental institutions.

- Development of the interphases for heaters in the diary and oil industry.

- Development, manufacturing and installation of a light system in public telephone equipments.
